Turkey is a fabulous destination for food lovers, with a culinary heritage shaped by diverse influences from the many cultures that have passed through and settled here. Specialties from the Ottoman court, traditions from the Anatolian heartland and a vibrant Aegean and Mediterranean kitchen contribute to a truly unforgettable culinary experience. A variety of salads, yoghurt and vegetable dishes accompany various chicken, meat and fresh fish recipes.

 

Food and Beverage is not included private yacht charter&Gulet rental fees They are extra. Koray yachting offer three Option for your Private yacht charter.

 

OPTION-A: You can do catering (food & drinks, sanitary products, cooking gas, ice etc.) yourself and bring all supplys on board.

OPTION-B: You can send us a catering list. We will provide everthing before you arrive on board. You pay the invoice at your embarkation chash or kredit card.

OPTION-C: You can purchase a 'Full Board' service;

F.B. supplement with luxury menu is € 50.- per person / per day.

F.B. supplement with deluxe menu is € 75.- per person / per day.

Unlimited local beverages  is + € 30.- per person / per day.

 

*Child discount for full board & beverages; 0-5 yrs. free and 6-12 yrs. is 50%

*Food service consists of breakfast, lunch, five o'clock tea&coffee and dinner.

*In any of the 3 options; menus will be decided before the trip according to your requests and preferences.

*Special requests, religious preferences or health-dietary oriented requirements will be considered if notice is given beforehand.

*All food and beverages are prepared according to your taste by the cook on board and served by the staff.

*If you choose to supply your own food and beverages, your calculations should include your yachts crew members as well.

*Unlimited local beverages are; water, soda, tonic, all soft drinks, fruit juices, ice tea, beer, Turkish wine, local alcoholic spirits.

 


VEGETARIAN OPTION ON BOARD;


Turkish Cuisine is ideal for the vegetarian diet. For every fish or meat dish one may have heard of, there are many, many delicious dishes offering a real taste sensation for vegetarians. The local array of vegetables and fruit provides a natural foundation for veggie cuisine, and Turkish kitchen is well known for its extensive repertoire of olive oil ‘mezes’ dishes using seasonal vegetables, beans and pulses, and greens, with garlic and local herbs. Each meal on board offers vegetarian options as well as a choice of salads and other non-meat/ fish dishes. Please inform Koray Yachting on making your reservation of any vegetarian requirements in your group.
